Manifestation Wine cellar

Every year, on May 22 and 23th, in town Split is taking place Manifestation Wine Cellar in which are presented 300 types of wines from the whole Croatia. So, town under the bottom of Marjan hill, becomes the Croatian enological centre, thanks to organizers Slobodna Dalmacija newspaper and Wine of Dalmatia, the association of Dalmatian wine makers. The hosts have taken a care of this manifestation to be organized as one of the large presentation of Croatian offer, so they invited famous enologists, expert commisions, guests from abroad, promoters, marketing experts and hostesses, who will lead the guests through the spaces, numerous advertising spots and distribute advertising materials. In areas of Diocletian's palace cellars will take place of lectures, promotion of Croatian wines book, various workshops, tasting and grading of all presented wines.

This will be top event for good wines lovers, guests and tourists who will taste various top wines from the whole Croatia: Istra and Dubrovnik Malvazija, the world awarded Grasevina, Merlot and Pinot from the North and East of Croatia, fertile Slavonija, peninsula Pelješac Dingac, ice wines Bodren from Croatian Zagorje, famous Prosek from Dalmatia, Chardonnay, Zlahtina from island Krk, wine Korlat from the rocky wineyards from the town Benkovac region, Babic from worldwide known cascading wineyards on Suha Punta near town Primosten, Kujundusa from towns Imotski and Vrgorac regions, Plavac Mali from Hvar and Brac islands and wine Vugava from Vis island. All the guests and tourists will enjoy the tasting of all these wines and the socializing with people who produce and sell the top Croatian wines.
