Tourist Traffic in Dalmatia!

In Central Dalmatia there are about: 180 hotels, 300 restaurants, 55 camps, 9 marinas, 130 villas, 55 vacation houses, 122 cruise boats, 44 boats for daily excursions and 630 charter yachts and sailing boats. About 1.712.000 tourists have visited Central Dalmatia and realized about 10.400.000 nights, with stay average of 6 days and 132 cruise vessels with 170.000 passengers. Marinas in Central Dalmatia have 300 dry and 1.400 berths on sea, which have been visited by 305.000 sailors, who have realized 2.100.000 nights. There are about 350 tourist objects and 30.000 apartments in private accommodation with 155.000 beds.

28 marinas in Republic of Croatia offer about 3.000 charter yachts and sailing boats. Central Dalmatia has 12 marinas which offer about 630 charter yachts and sailing boats. They are following marinas: Baluni-Zenta-Spinut with 305 boats, Kastela with 45 boats, Trogir with 66 boats, Baska voda with 28 boats, Milna with 37 boats, Palmizana with 45 boats, Vrboska with 16 boats, Agana Marina with 12 boats, Makarska with 42 boats and Podgora with 32 boats. Charter yachts and sailing boats have 6 different categories and 26 types. They are: Luxury yachts with 3 types ( Mega luxury yachts, luxury yachts with crew, luxury yachts with skipper ), Motor boats with 4 types ( Exclusive motor yachts, motor boats with crew, motor boats with skipper, small motor boats ), Sailing boats with 7 types ( Big luxury sailing boats, sailing boats with crew, sailing boats with skipper, sailing boats without crew, sport sailing boats, regatta sailing boats, catamaran sailing boats ), Catamarans with 6 types ( Big luxury catamarans, catamarans with crew, catamarans with skipper, catamarans without crew, sport catamarans, regatta catamarans ), Motor sailing boats with 3 types ( Cruise boats, sailing boats, antique wooden boats ), and Golettes with 3 types ( Golettes, sailing boats, antique wooden boats ).

In year 2010. about 58.200 vignettes ( Entry permits to Republic of Croatia Adriatic sea ) have been issued. About 180.000 boats have sailed into Croatian territorial and coastal sea. They are: 6.000 domestic yachts, 116.000 domestic boats and 58.200 foreign yachts and boats with about 305.000 sailors.
